LeoXplor Terms of Use:

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

LeoXplor, LLC (“LeoXplor,” “we,” “our,” “us”) operates the LeoXplor.com website and provides space tourism services. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and LeoXplor and govern your access to and use of our website, reservation system, and any information, content, features or services provided through the site. By accessing or using our website, submitting information, or reserving a seat on a LeoXplor mission, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

LeoXplor, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”) operates a space‑flight business that offers training, experiences and passenger flights to Low Earth Orbit (LEO) and, in the future, other planetary orbits. We provide an online platform through which prospective passengers may learn about upcoming missions, training programs, and spaceflight opportunities, submit inquiries, communicate with our team and reserve seats.

We may add, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility and User Obligations

3.1 Eligibility

To communicate with our team, reserve a seat or register with LeoXplor, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

• Meet all health and training requirements established by LeoXplor and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for commercial spaceflight participants.

• Reside in a jurisdiction where commercial spaceflight services are lawful.

3.2 User Obligations and Conduct

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the website only for its intended purposes. You agree that you will not:

• Engage in fraud, misrepresent your identity, or impersonate another person.

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to harm or disrupt our systems.

• Interfere with the security or operation of the website.

• Harvest or collect personal information about other users.

• Post or transmit any defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material.

• Attempt to circumvent or violate any security measures.

We may terminate or suspend access to the website or our services if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior that we deem inappropriate or unlawful.

3.3 Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, software, audio, and video—is the exclusive property of LeoXplor or our licensors. You may view, download, and print content for personal, non‑commercial use, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent. Your use of the website does not grant you ownership rights in our intellectual property.

4. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your participation in a LeoXplor mission shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Fort Worth, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party waives its right to a jury trial. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not consolidated with any other proceedings.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Acknowledgement of Additional Laws and Regulations

Commercial spaceflight activities are subject to federal and state regulations. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulates commercial space flights, focusing primarily on public safety. The regulatory landscape for passenger safety is evolving; waivers and informed consent are currently used to protect companies from liability, but courts may question whether passengers fully understood the extreme risks. LeoXplor continues to monitor legal developments and will update its policies accordingly.

7. Contact Information

If you have questions about these Terms or our services, please contact us at Legal@leoxplor.com.
